Hello again

Since the last time i spoke to you we have done ... nothing.

We have encountered some difficulties with the administrative side of the website and are waiting for clearance from IT for an admin account so we can get all the files onto our app.

In the meantime, we have just been waiting around and changing little things.

We did finally get the twitter feed intergrated, and it looks really good

Thanks

A small update

Hi guys and girls.

We are currently finishing off the apps internals, and are getting close to exporting and packaging it. We are going to get the twitter feed intergrated over the half term, and then after half term, we will show the client the final closed bata before releasing it

Thanks,

Jack

Not much to say really

Development on the app has kind of reached a standstill. We got the access to the website and copied the data from the PW protected areas of the site. We were meant to go for a meeting on Monday, but I broke my kneecap on Saturday and was at hospital on Monday getting it x-rayed. We have rearranged the meeting for Monday 17th to discuss where we want to go with the app and try and show them an early version of it

Rhyan is just messing around with the menu at the moment and then we are just about done for now

Thanks

Another Update

Hello,

This week, me and Rhyan got access to our accounts on the SCITT website. this meant that we could start to make progress in the development of the internals of the app. We got the menu working, as well as the theme and header applied, and the calender has began to be integrated with the website calender to sync them together, then we will ask if we can update the SCITT calender on the website to a calender that the phone can auto sync to.

That's all for this week

Update #1

Hello, just a quick update. we have now finished our app design and are just finalising access to the rlstrainingschool.co.uk website so that we can get the core principles of the app infrastructure working properly. Once this happens, we will arrange a meeting with our clients to discuss the next step and show a prototype. now that we have a windows phone, we have a phone on all 3 core platforms to test our app on

Hello

Hello and welcome to our blog. We are going to be posting regular updates on our app development throughout the course of our project. Our project is for Mrs Oberholzer and is essentially an app for the Royal Latin Training School, now known as The Buckingham Partnership SCITT.

The app is a collective repository for all the members of the SCITT network to access notes, make notes, look at schedules and post information in chat rooms. The SCITT website is rlstrainingschool.co.uk and can't be logged into from just a standard account. For this reason the development of our app is essentially halted until we can get access to the more private notes and system details so that we can connect to it properly from the app.
